My Story

My name is Justin, and my story is only significant because of my background. I explain how I had horrible anxiety, depression and overall terrible health. I had over 12 diseases that I knew of and many other ailments brought on by a poor and deprived, traumatic upbringing. My story is my example of how extreme I abused food, stress and fear to destroy my life. I tell my story of how I changed it all on my own in my own way and I want to teach you that no matter where you came from, no matter how flawed you are, if you want to reach wellness it is well within your grasp, you just need to know HOW to grab it!
