My Dr Sebi inspired Food List plus additional tips and even a few recipes and healthy replacements. I went down the rabbit holes on all of these foods and unfortunately, most of these plants are hybrids. Just like Dr Sebi told us. This Food list is designed for getting as close to nature as we can while staying lower glycemic like we were in our true nature. I myself eat many of the items on this list. We have been TRICKED into getting sick. How this is all setup to keep us as slaves. Disconnected from the truly beautiful things in life that we have yet to embark on. What man has done to the food. The many levels of how far they have taken these modifications and MUCH MORE.
Here, you can assume if the food item is not on this list, it has been hybridized so much that it is almost unrecognizable. This is truly unfortunate and hard to believe that even the most innocent seeming plants are either man made or GMO. Yes, all the food is modified but we have to focus and understand that many are much worse off than others. My objective is to make your journey to health as simple and enjoyable as possible. Without boring you and wasting your valuable time. This list is for those looking to gain their health without sacrificing your sanity.
